Chris Burden: Metropolis II Short

As mentioned last month, Chris Burden's nearly-completed Metropolis II, is set to debut at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art very soon. We can't wait to experience this assembly of art and automobile in person, as we anticipate it to be a profound collision upon the senses.

"The 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California...

...less than a hundred were made. My father spent three years restoring this car. It is his love, it is his passion-

It is his fault he didn't lock the garage."

One of the most memorable automotive scenes in the history of film. From John Hughes' (RIP) 1986 movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Michael Leon/Stacks Turbo Series Skateboards

Our friend Roger Leonard of RALDesignwerks recently reminded us about a great series of skateboard graphics released last Summer by Stacks. Taking a visual cue from a variety of motorsport references and liveries, as well as decal sheets from static model kits, Creative Director Michael Leon assembled a memorable collection of decks and tees.
